8. What can be done if the Will is found after the Letters of Administration is granted?

An application should be made for an order to revoke the Letters of Administration under s.33 of Probate and Administration Ordinance (Cap. 10).  The applicable ground is that a grant had been obtained by a false or incorrect statement because a will has been discovered after a grant of administration.
