1. What is the difference between a will and a "平安紙"? 

"平安紙" is a term commonly used to refer to a will.  However, the label does not determine the legal effect of a document.  If the "平安紙" complies with s.5 of the Wills Ordinance (Cap. 30), it is a will in nature.  Otherwise, it is not a will.
