13. What are the general principles of drafting a good pleading?

A good pleading shall be a precise and concise document containing all (and only) the material facts with sufficient particularity that clearly support and set out the party’s case.  Further, it shall also be able to easily assist the Court to define and narrow the scope of the issues in dispute at the trial.
