B. Street cries for buying or selling
Under section 6 of the Summary Offences Ordinance (Cap. 228), a person commits an offence if he uses or utters cries for the purpose of buying or selling any article, or makes any noise with the object of disposing of or attracting attention to goods, wares or trade. The penalty is a fine of $2,000.
