D. Firing near dwelling houses or roads
Under section 14 of the Summary Offences Ordinance (Cap. 228), a person commits an offence if, without lawful authority or excuse, he discharges any cannon or firearm within 200 metres of any dwelling house or motor road to the annoyance of any inhabitant or passer-by, and, after being warned of such annoyance, again discharges such a weapon. The penalty is a fine of $2,000.
