2. What happens if one of the parties no longer agrees with the terms of the separation agreement before the hearing?

Any change of the terms of the separation agreement should be agreed between both parties. If one parties no longer agrees with the terms of the separation agreement, the parties could sue the breaching party for breach of contract or seek to enforce the agreement in a civil action.
